How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?

How much it will cost to clean your flat or property once your tenancy comes to an end depends on many factors such as how many rooms you have, what specialist cleaning services you would like (if any) and what areas you want cleaned.

Studio – £100 + VAT
1 Bedroom – £120 + VAT
2 Bedroom – £135 + VAT
3 Bedroom – £150 + VAT
4 bedrooms – £180 + VAT

The service includes a thorough cleaning virtually in all areas of your property and typically as a minimum, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and general cleaning for your property to be fully cleaned and ready for the next tenant. Rest assured, an end of tenancy clean offers a top to bottom service and will leave your property in a beautiful condition.

Are you able to clean carpets, oven and windows too with this clean?

We can definitely arrange to clean carpets as well as oven with the end of tenancy clean for an extra small fee. Simply tell us when booking with us all your requirements. We only clean windows from the inside, not the outside.

Would I need to provide any cleaning equipment or do you have your own?

We will arrive and clean your property with our own equipment, you do not need to provide anything for our end of tenancy cleaning service – simply access to the property with a smile!

Do I need to be present for the end of tenancy clean?

No, we just need access to the property. Once we are inside you are free to leave and enjoy your time whilst we complete the post-rental clean.

 We have been using her cleaning service for last 1 year and have to say that it is very disappointing that there is no sense professionalism projected by Audra and the cleaners she keeps sending. Most of  her cleaners are slow and Audra sends them just to make bucks. And if we complain she keeps switching cleaners but there is no sense of improvement or concern Audra shows to customers who are taking her service for so long and baring with her for so long.. I therefore don’t recommend anyone to her.. With regrets..
